Responsibilities

- Ability to operate various heavy equipment. - Will be required to learn how to operate a gantry crane for unloading vessels carrying fuels and raw materials. - Troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate corrective actions. - Works rotating shift schedule; weekends and holidays as assigned. - Other duties as assigned. - Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

Qualifications

- Required Education: High School Diploma/GED - Additional Education: Associates/Technical Degree preferred - Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic Computer skills - Travel Requirements: Minimal - Additional Requirements: - 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred. - Must possess a valid driver's license. - High degree of safety awareness. - A good understanding of the basics of the cement manufacturing process is preferred. - Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
