Job Summary

Mckee Foods is seeking an experienced Production Technician to join their Production Team. Key responsibilities include assisting with equipment startups, changeovers, and shutdowns, training new or transitioning employees, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment startups, changeovers, and shutdowns
• Train new or transferring employees and achieve trainer certification
• Accurately input data into computer systems
• Complete daily and end-of-week cleaning tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and demonstrate values-driven behavior
• Communicate effectively to facilitate workflow and task execution
• Prioritize safety for oneself, coworkers, and the product

Requirements

• Strong decision-making and record-keeping skills
• Effective oral and written communication abilities
• High degree of initiative and a positive attitude
• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
