About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. They will also be expected to mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall technical direction of the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices
• Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
