Production Technician I - Portland

About the role

Be responsible for manufacturing and calibrating optical temperature measurement instrumentation. Perform light manufacturing duties related to new and existing products, generate reliable product test data through defined manufacturing procedures, and report data to manufacturing and engineering teams. Work in a multi-disciplined team environment with little direct supervision will drive manufacturing results for the site.

Requirements

• Work experience with manufacturing/testing/calibrating products preferred
• Experience with measurement instrumentation, physics, or material science preferred
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplined team environment with little supervision
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of commonly used product testing concepts, practices, and procedures preferred

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of experience working in manufacturing required

Pay

Starting Pay: $29.50

Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
