About the role
Responsible for operating equipment and processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring adherence to SOPs and master batch records.
Responsibilities
- Respond to alarms, address equipment malfunctions and process deviations
- Perform operator care, maintain records, and communicate effectively with team members
- Assist in maintaining physical inventories and ensure compliance with safety policies
- Train new technicians and perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years relevant experience
- Proficiency in industry software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
Skills
- Knowledge of GMP (bonus)
- Experience in food or supplement manufacturing (bonus)
- Familiarity with AI tools (bonus)
Physical & Mental Requirements
Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating industrial equipment.
