Production Technician - Freelance - Erlanger, KY

Job Duties

• Accurately pick/pack and put away equipment in the warehouse
• Assist in production work (load-in, run, strike)
• Truck loading and unloading

Requirements

• Touring or “road house” experience is desirable
• Moving light repair, maintenance, and programming experience (VL, Clay Paky, Hog, MA) preferred
• Basic rigging and carpentry skills are a plus
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are a plus
• A DOT Medical Certificate & being able to meet DOT requirements for driving a 26' commercial truck.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Two years of practical experience with theatrical lighting, especially fixtures and portable dimming systems
