About the role
This role is on a rotating 12-hour Dupont schedule with a 4-week cycle of day and night shifts, including a full week off each month.
Responsibilities
- Respond to upset conditions and work closely with any and all team members to address problems
- Communicate with team members about production line activities, any upset conditions experienced, and follow up on the resolution
- Properly complete product changes and productively operate the equipment
- Create maintenance requests for equipment problems in a timely manner and follow-up as needed to ensure work is completed
- Actively participate in any problem-solving meetings and contribute to improving processes
- Complete paperwork and electronic entries as necessary
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED required. Additional education is a plus
- Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery
- Must lift 50 lbs and walk/stand for a minimum of 12 hours. Walking up and down stairs and throughout the mill for 12 hours
- We prefer prior use of a forklift (12 months) and prior work in a manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Starting pay of $20.68/hour, plus a profit share/gain share program. This rate will increase to 23.43/hour, after satisfactory completion of 6-month probationary period and certifying into level 1 role (includes testing and performance assessment)

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to move freely throughout the facility
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects
- Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods

Pay
$20.68/hour, increasing to $23.43/hour after 6-month probationary period and certification into level 1 role.
