The team

The Swiftwater site is in northeast Pennsylvania and is home to the production of over 120 million doses of injectables that help prevent diseases and enhance patients' quality of life. Our teams follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and procedures while working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Aseptic Gown Qualified – trained and qualified for an aseptic environment
• Attend shift change daily
• Inventory management using enterprise system
• Perform environmental sampling
• Focus on quality and safety of teammates, processes, products, equipment, and documentation
• Work in both individual and team environments
• Complete tasks and corresponding documentation as required by cGMP
• Ability to lift between 1 to 50 pounds
• Regulatory audit understanding and awareness

You are professional, detail-oriented, coachable, and a trainable person who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

• 6+ months of prior manufacturing/warehouse work experience and/or college degree; veterans’ service may substitute
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Basic computer skills and previous production experience preferred
• Reading, writing, comprehension, and communication in English preferred; multilingual candidates welcomed
• Product-specific vaccination required; able to receive influenza vaccine for building access
