Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and qualitative completion of basic order fulfillment for embroidery functions
  • Operate embroidery equipment per specifications listed on written/printed orders, matching customer orders to materials (style, color, size)
  • Rotate between departments and jobs as needed
  • Maintain good communication, coordination, and working relations with company personnel and management
  • Support coworkers as a team player
  • Keep management informed of area activities and significant concerns; provide problem-solving suggestions
  • Follow established quality and safety standards, meeting deadlines and inspecting work upon completion
  • Maintain a clean, secure, and well-maintained work area
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn to operate machines self-sufficiently
  • Operate hooping equipment when necessary
  • Complete special projects and assist across departments as needed
