Production Technician

Role Overview

The Production Technician performs tasks on manufacturing product lines, including filling, capping, edible production, packaging, and pre-roll assembly.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual to automatic production lines
• Accurately record packaging and production activities
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report issues
• Ensure products are packaged and labeled in compliance with regulations
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety standards
• Complete additional assigned duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 21 years old, able to pass background check for Facility Agent card
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail, dependability, and adherence to policies
• Preferred industry and manufacturing experience
