Production Technician

About the role

Lindsay Windows is looking for a quality minded individual to work in our production area as a Production Technician. We offer a $500 Hiring Bonus after 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Using hand tools and tape measure
• Lifting/moving/placing window components that are 35-55 lbs
• Meet production goals by posted line standards
• Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation
• Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members

Requirements

• Stand for the entire shift
• Lift and transfer 35lbs frequently throughout the course of the day
• Lift and transfer 50lbs occasionally throughout the course of the day
• Reach overhead occasionally
• Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently
• Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently
• Can read and communicate in English
• Work in a team environment
