Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Drive technical direction and innovation in analog semiconductor technology across the RF to Light spectrum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Uphold Agile, SDLC, and SLA best practices in software development processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud architecture and DevOps practices.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on programming experience in Java or .NET.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SDLC, or SLA.
• Outstanding communication skills in English.
• Experience with AWS and Test-Driven Development (TDD) is a plus.

Pay

$100,000 USD per year.
