About the role
You will report to a Production Team Leader and join a team of 400 and growing at our Fort Madison, Iowa plant.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and conduct equipment inspections and other troubleshooting tasks
- Help perform product checks to ensure quality products for our consumers
- Play an active role in improving and developing efficient processes within our production line
- Help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
Physical demands
- Repetitive arm and hand motions
- Standing / walking
- Lift / push / pull 40 lbs. consistently
- Overhead work
Pay
$21.32 per hour with shift differentials of $0.45 for 2nd and $1.00 for 3rd. Grow to $24.46 per hour upon successful completion of Level 1 requirements in 12 months or less; grow to $27.10 per hour upon successful completion of Level 2 requirements in 30 months or less.
