Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Assembly and test of electromechanical assemblies for fuel cell systems.
• Operation of material handling systems, assembly carts, pallet jacks, and cranes.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Interface with document control and ERP systems.
• Use of inspection equipment.
• Routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Capture data, organize and maintain records.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and raise issues when appropriate.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a production environment.
• A high school diploma or post-secondary technical education, military training is an asset.
• Proficient mechanical skills.
• Computer and mathematical literacy.
• Work in a team environment.
• Interface with ERP and data collection systems.
• Travel to Canada for periodic training.
• Able to follow electronic and written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
