Job Tasks
- Assisting operator to start up extruder
- Assisting with cleaning tasks during extruder change over
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Labeling, repackaging, sorting and recycling materials throughout the operations area
- General housekeeping and light maintenance
- Working under the direction of senior employees to move, weigh, mix, and stage materials
- Monitoring process parameters, refill levels, as directed
- Supporting line operating activities by collecting samples and performing material analysis tasks (melt flow, filler, moisture checks)
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement is must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to meet the requirements of driving a forklift (Company certifies on-the-job)
- Must be able to work a 12 hour shift (Day shift is 6 am to 6 pm; Night shift 6 pm to 6 am)

- Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Able to wear required PPE (minimal facial hair is allowed)
- Standing and walking continuously
- Climbing on and off a forklift frequently
- Climbing and descending stairs frequently
- Lifts/carries 20 - 50 Lbs. frequently
- Lifts/Carries 50 - 100 Lbs. occasionally with assistance
- Pushes/pulls occasionally
