Production Technician
About the role
This role is on a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, days, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on packaging/production line.
- Ensure continuous material flow through the production line.
- Maintain and monitor process parameters and adjust as needed.
- Perform quality checks on board products.
- General cleaning of work area and surroundings.
- Monitor quality of product, equipment, and safety and work with supervisor as issues arise.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
- Forklift experience preferred
- Manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role – including lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and completing repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve and identify safety hazards.

Pay
Pay starts at $20.15 per hour and will increase upon completion of certifications within the 6-month probationary period, plus a profit share/gain share program
