Production Technician

About the role

This role is on a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, days, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment on packaging/production line.
• Ensure continuous material flow through the production line.
• Maintain and monitor process parameters and adjust as needed.
• Perform quality checks on board products.
• General cleaning of work area and surroundings.
• Monitor quality of product, equipment, and safety and work with supervisor as issues arise.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
• Forklift experience preferred
• Manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role – including lifting 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time, and completing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Ability to problem solve and identify safety hazards.

Pay

Pay starts at $20.15 per hour and will increase upon completion of certifications within the 6-month probationary period, plus a profit share/gain share program
