Production Technician-2nd Shift *Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Haigh-Farr is a premier antenna design, manufacturing and test house developing products used across all platforms in the aerospace industry including missions to Mars, the International Space Station and products fielded to the U.S. Military supporting the warfighter. We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Production Technician with production/soldering experience to perform a variety of process steps in the fabrication of our antenna products. On-the-job training will be provided in a split shift option to ensure performance of all job functions results in 100% quality of our products. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism while working closely with others to understand requirements and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Eyeleting, drilling, lasing, print/etch, soldering to J-STD-001, and light assembly
• Complete the production and manufacturing of antenna products using hand tools, fabrication techniques, and on-the-job training to achieve 100% product quality

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 2-3 years of proven work-related experience
• Must be willing to train on split shift for 3-6 months
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to possess a security clearance

• Strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Positive attitude and team player
• Strong commitment to achieving quality work
• Bonding, lamination, and plating experience desired
• Familiar with common hand tools and fabrication equipment
• Military, Aerospace, and Government industry experience a plus
• Ability to work at a variety of different work stations as production needs require
• Meticulous record keeping with good computer skills
