Responsibilities

  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and standardized manufacturing procedures.
  • Assemble components and perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Work in compliance with company policies and FDA/ISO regulatory standards.
  • Complete required documentation and basic administrative tasks accurately.
  • Identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or processes.
  • Train and support team members on job tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient and safe production.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.
  • Experience with small parts assembly, medical device manufacturing, cleanroom environments, or other regulated industries is a plus.
