Production Technician 1 - First Shift

About the role

As a Cement Technician at MKS Instruments, you will work closely with the Take Apart and Inspection departments to cement and align gratings that meet customer specifications. You will report to the Production Supervisor, Bryan Jeffries.

Responsibilities

• Pull coated substrates from the coating department
• Print glass pick list and pull glass from stock room
• Separate oven and air cure parts and mix epoxy
• Cement clean glass to coated substrate
• Clean and align parts
• Allow cemented parts to cure

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year experience in a production environment
• Ability to read and carefully follow work instructions

Preferred Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing quality, dependable work
• SAP knowledge
• Experience using computers and MS Office

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Able to lift 35 lbs
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time

Pay

Pay Range: $16.70 - $27.83 per hour.
