Production Team Member - B (Overnight) Shift - $17.50/hr Operations

Responsibilities

• Must follow all procedures and documentation requirements as dictated
• Has mechanical aptitude and is able to use hand tools
• Expected to maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all 5S and PPE requirements
• Visually monitors housekeeping and plant organization
• Maintains compliance with Motus Integrated Management System
• Maintains and ensures compliance with Customer Specifications
• Monitors safety & environmental concerns on the shop floor
• Monitors and addresses quality issues toward the goal of zero defects
• Trained to operate and make adjustments to the operation process
• Trained to inspect the parts and perform process trouble shooting
• Utilizes the escalation process when necessary
• Performs daily first piece and process inspections
• Performs other duties as assigned and assists supervisor or management as directed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous working experience in an automotive manufacturing production facility preferred
• Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day)
• Occasionally lifts a maximum of 30 lbs.
• Passes a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Schedule

Rotating days off 10-12 hour shift plus SHIFT PREMIUM

Pay

$17.50/hr
