Production Team Member

Responsibilities

• Support production work across multiple departments, including Gluing, Wood Kit, Assembly, Finish Support, measurements, fittings, and material handling.
• Absorb measurements, fittings, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Perform other production tasks as assigned to support workflow.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple production areas.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with others.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Manufacturing or shop experience is helpful but not required.
