Production Team Member

Description

The Production Team Member - Longview Specialty role at Smurfit Westrock involves different phases of the production process and performing quality assurance checks during the production process. Key responsibilities include:

• Efficiently producing high-quality products
• Performing quality assurance checks during the production process
• Managing the upkeep of the machines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time or part-time employment or schooling (or combination) within the last 4 years
• Availability to work all 3 rotating shifts (days, swing and graveyard) including weekends and holidays

Pay and Schedule

Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education. The starting rate for this position is $22.74, depending on your role, level and location.
