Responsibilities

• Operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment to create top-tier pleated filters and filtration products that keep our customers coming back.
• Lead the charge in safety by rigorously following all procedures and wearing protective gear; spot hazards before they happen and help create the safest workplace possible.
• Own the quality of every product you touch — ensuring it meets high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
• Safely lift and move materials and finished goods using the right tools and techniques to keep the production line flowing smoothly.
• Maintain a spotless, orderly workspace that fuels efficiency, safety, and pride in your work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
• Outstanding teamwork — must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
• Effectively use and read a tape measure.
• Technical capacity required.
• Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
• Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to use hand tools.
• Able to work as a group and switch between jobs.
• Able and willing to learn all jobs from start to finished product.
• Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
• Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
