Production Team Member - 2nd Shift

About the role
The Production Team Member will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment, producing polymer concrete boxes, covers, and vaults using pre-made mix sheets and instructions.
Responsibilities
- Produce products at 100% of daily production rates
- Read and interpret work orders and engineering prints
- Prep and wrap molds, mix, pour, cure, demold, stencil, and inspect product
- Maintain accurate production records
- Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects
- Keep assigned area clean and organized
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned on a temporary or permanent basis
Requirements
- Ability to learn and follow manufacturing processes
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic math and measurements
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day
