Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and rotate to different job duties as needed.
• Handle and grade material.
• Perform quality checks.
• Clean work areas and perform other manufacturing activities.
• Follow written and verbal job instructions.
• Provide feedback and apply critical thinking.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, fast‑paced forklift traffic, and machine noise.
• Use personal safety equipment at all times.
• Adapt to a work environment that varies seasonally.
• Team‑player mindset and willingness to follow instructions.
