The requirement for healthcare providers to publish machine-readable files containing in-network rates and out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges has been implemented as of July 1, 2022. These files are available on the respective health plan's public website.

• Priority Health Medical Treatment Information:

  • The data files are very large and may take some time to download.

  • Note: The requirement for publishing prescription drug coverage data is currently postponed pending further guidance from federal agencies.
