Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA

Pay

Starting at $23.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:20 AM (core hours). Overtime as needed. Full-time, direct hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction for the team
• Lead required daily team meetings
• Meet production schedules and solve root causes for potential disruptions
• Orient, train, and facilitate training needs of team members in production processes
• Maintain standard work and train members to accomplish standard work requirements
• Appropriately escalate issues to the supervisor
• Support team goals in safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Provide regular progress reports to the supervisor
• Communicate production, safety, and quality issues
