Production Team Lead-2nd shift

About the role

This position will lead a team to support efficiency, quality, and production of an assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Provide training for certification of production Team Members
• Communicate materials needs to material handlers
• Support Area Coordinator, Production Manager, and Team members through daily Huddle Meetings
• Assign daily tasks to each Team Member and ensure cross-training/job rotation is being performed
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Coordinator and Production Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College education preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to use and regularly check Outlook email
