Production Team Associate (3rd Shift Molder)

About the role

C.A. Lawton Co. in Minster, OH is seeking Foundry Production Team Associates to join their operations. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools
• Produce quality castings through processes such as sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding, and material handling
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production a plus
• Willingness to work in a foundry environment

Pay & Schedule

• $22.52 per hour and higher plus $2.00/hour shift differential = $24.52 per hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM (overtime as needed)
