Production Support Associate (Part Time)

About the role

The Production Support Associate helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast-paced, clean healthcare environment. You will pick, pack, and verify orders while ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack prescription orders for shipment
• Verify accuracy and quality of orders before shipping
• Use scanners and computer systems to process work
• Track and update order status in the system
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to the team
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow safety guidelines and healthcare standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience
• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience in warehouse, retail, stocking, or fulfillment roles
• Experience using scanners or working with inventory systems
• Exposure to pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
