About The Role
The Production Support Associate helps prepare and ship prescription orders in a fast-paced, clean healthcare environment. You will pick, pack, and verify orders while ensuring accuracy and patient safety. Responsibilities
- Pick and pack prescription orders for shipment
- Verify accuracy and quality of orders before shipping
- Use scanners and computer systems to process work
- Track and update order status in the system
- Communicate issues or discrepancies to the team
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow safety guidelines and healthcare standards
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Typically requires 1+ years of related experience
- Basic math, reading, and written communication skills
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Experience in warehouse, retail, stocking, or fulfillment roles
- Experience using scanners or working with inventory systems
- Exposure to pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Work Schedule
4-day work week. Sundays and Fridays are mandatory (2:00 pm-10:30 pm). The other 2 remaining shifts will be based on business need. Part-time, 25–28 hours/week.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to use a computer or handheld scanner
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Work Environment
You’ll work alongside a team in a clean, climate-controlled healthcare environment with a strong focus on safety and accuracy. This is an active, fast-paced role that involves movement throughout the shift and repetitive tasks.
Pay
Weekly Pay: $18/hr + $1/hr shift differential ($19/hr total). Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 to be paid incrementally during the 1st six months of employment ($500.00 at 90 days and $500.00 at 180 days).
Our Base Pay Range for this position is $17.49 - $29.15. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience, skills, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
