Goodyear is seeking a Production Support Associate to join our team in Clarksdale, MS. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to the development, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative tire products.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload chemicals (process oils and carbon black) by hand or by powered equipment, such as a forklift or pallet jack
• Clean equipment and facilities using power tools, such as a steam cleaner and pressure washer
• Aid in production with changeovers

Requirements

• Punctuality and attendance are crucial for the success of the operations and the team atmosphere.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

Basic Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

Base Pay: $11.87 an hour minimum while in training.
This is an incentive piece rate position that allows you the opportunity to make between $17.00-$19.00 an hour.

Schedule

• Variety of 8-hour shifts
• Weekends and holidays may be required
• Overtime may be available if needed
