Production Support Associate
About the role
At Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM), we do more than manage risk. We help businesses confidently navigate complex insurance challenges. Since the early 1950s, ORRM has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and other leading organizations by providing innovative casualty insurance solutions through our alternative risk management approach. We’re looking for a Policy Support Associate to join our Policy Production team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to prepare, review, and process policy documents while helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality throughout the policy lifecycle. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, catching the details, and being a dependable resource for their team.
Responsibilities
- Review policy documents for accuracy and quality assurance.
- Secure and distribute finalized policies and endorsements to external partners.
- Process automobile insurance coverage verification requests.
- Input information into state and National Council of Compensation Insurance (NCCI) websites.
- Prepare, proofread, and mail automobile identification cards and posting notices.
- Prepare and process simple policy endorsements and provide coding worksheets for premium-bearing endorsements to internal departments.
- Distribute current NCCI and independent bureau experience modifications to the Policy Production team and external brokers.
- Update scheduled credit worksheets for Workers’ Compensation policies.
- Provide additional support to the Policy Production team as needed.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to contribute to a team environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of related experience.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals inside and outside the company regarding corrections, adjustments, and policy-related matters. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Schedule
