Production Support (3rd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate a 6-color printing press to produce high-quality labels
• Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and overall quality
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure consistent press performance
• Load and manage inks, paper, and materials; adjust ink levels and press settings as needed
• Troubleshoot printing issues such as color misalignment, streaking, or press malfunctions
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines while minimizing waste

Requirements

• Strong understanding of color theory, ink mixing, and printing processes
• Ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and print-related issues
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a multi-color printing press
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
