Production Supervisor - Night Shift
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the description.
Brief Description: "Supervises production employees in a cold storage, manufacturing environment. Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. The supervisor has a hands-on leadership role in the company and the company’s product-making activities"
That's about the role.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities: a long list. We'll put under Responsibilities.
Travel Required: Minimal (maybe not needed as separate section? Could be under Requirements? It's a requirement. But we can include under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? It's a requirement. We'll include under Requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: list of bullet points: Previous Supervisor experience in a cold storage, industrial or manufacturing environment is highly preferred; Leadership – ability to command...; Effective communication; Experience – knowledge of OSHA...; Attention to detail; Confidentiality; Compassion; Organization; Collaborative.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field; Relevant experience in a highly regulated (OSHA, FDA, USDA) industrial, manufacturing or plant operations environment; Certifications Food processing, production industry experience
Working Conditions: description of physical demands, environment, etc. Could be under Requirements or maybe a separate section? There's no specific heading for Working Conditions in allowed list, but we could put under Requirements or Qualifications? Probably under Requirements as it's about job demands. But we have only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Working Conditions under Requirements (since it's about job demands). Or maybe under Skills? Not appropriate. We'll put under Requirements.
Salary info: "Salaried/Remote Employees: Universal Pure facilities may process, pack and or store products containing allergenic food ingredients as referenced by FDA, occasional exposure may occur, inform your direct manager of any food allergies." That's not salary. No explicit salary or pay mentioned. So we should NOT create Pay or Benefits or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. There's no mention of benefits, pay, schedule. So we omit those sections.
We need to include Skills section? The posting lists skills like Leadership, Effective communication, etc. Those could go under Skills. But we also have Preferred Qualifications which includes those. We could combine them under Skills or Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, preferred qualifications, working conditions, travel). Or we could split Qualifications and Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's decide: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (which includes education, experience, certifications, preferred qualifications, working conditions, travel). That seems sufficient.
We must not repeat job title. Use for each section heading.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points.
Let's extract content.
About the role: from Brief Description.
We'll put that as a

Responsibilities: from "Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities". That's a long paragraph with many sentences. We could break into bullet list for readability, but we must preserve all info. We can convert each sentence into a

We need to split the responsibilities into distinct items. Let's parse the responsibilities text:

We must not create extra headings beyond the allowed ones. So inside Requirements we can have paragraphs and lists.
