About the role

Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in machining, fabrication, and tooling to oversee operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities in a machining/fabrication/tool setting
• Lead and develop team members, fostering team building and people skills
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining technical orientation
• Promote and implement change initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement using TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, and Kaizen concepts
• Ensure effective communication across all organizational levels
• Maintain strong organizational and PC/telephone skills

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing, and Kaizen concepts
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong team building and interpersonal skills
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and staying technically oriented
• Energetic self‑starter with good PC and telephone skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to promote a continuous improvement atmosphere
