Production Supervisor-Future Opportunities

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to produce high-quality poultry products efficiently while fostering a culture of excellence on the production floor.

• Leading daily operations: Ensuring production targets are met with the right staffing levels, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPPs).
• Maintaining product quality & food safety: Overseeing adherence to quality specifications, food safety regulations, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Driving operational performance: Monitoring and improving key production metrics such as BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade %.
• Supporting team success: Enforcing safety protocols, overseeing training and certifications, and ensuring accurate timekeeping (Kronos/Oracle HCM).

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Operations Management, or Business preferred. Three or more years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment (poultry industry experience preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with HACCP principles and USDA food safety regulations. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and operational guidelines.
• Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain a positive work environment. Strong decision-making and communication skills to effectively manage daily challenges.
