Production Supervisor

About the role

Responsibilities

• Purchasing & Receiving: Place and track inventory orders, communicate delivery updates, investigate discrepancies, and support regional purchasing reporting.
• Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, manage transfers, monitor damaged or nonconforming products, analyze variances, and update teams.
• Envision Operations: Receive and process hardware shipments, assemble doors, prepare and label hardware, coordinate with Customer Service, and monitor orders.
• Order Expediting: Monitor orders, investigate delays, and partner with operations leadership to improve efficiency.
• Customer Pickup / Will Call: Assist customers with order pickups, provide exceptional service, pick, verify, and prepare orders for scheduled pickups.
• Other Duties: As assigned or required.

• High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
