About the Role
The shift schedule is from 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM, following a rotating pattern: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off. We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead ~15-20 employees to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives in our automated plant in Lawrenceville, GA.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ~15-20 employees to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives.
- Plan and allocate labor effectively to meet operational goals.
- Train, motivate, and instruct personnel in achieving safety, quality, and production targets.
- Identify and escalate issues while developing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a “safety first” culture and uphold high-quality standards.
- Hire, retain, and develop talent through training and recognition programs.
- Communicate issues, opportunities, and results across multiple levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to select, train, motivate, and instruct personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire confidence and trust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and solve practical problems.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Humble, teachable, self-motivated, and hardworking (efforts count double!).
Qualifications
While experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role. Education specific to business administration/management, engineering, human resources, or supply chain is preferred.
Pay
The compensation range for this position is $70,000–$75,000 with a target bonus incentive.
