Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees to achieve daily production, quality, safety, and cost objectives
• Monitor production operations and ensure daily performance targets are met
• Identify production issues and bottlenecks and lead structured problem-solving efforts
• Cookstaff, materials, and equipment to maintain production schedules
• Coach, train, and develop production employees
• Provide performance feedback and support employee growth
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Sponsor sanitation and operational activities to maintain a clean manufacturing environment
• Champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all safety requirements
• Lead shift handoff meetings to ensure effective communication between teams
• Drive continuous improvement and standard work initiatives

Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of supervisory experience, manufacturing experience, food manufacturing or food processing experience, strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
