Production Supervisor

Job Summary

In a fast-paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. In this role, you will be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee our production operations by ensuring that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Responsible for scheduling control
• Maintain material control and quality control
• Responsible for other duties on assembly line
• Oversee and coach employees
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred
• Solid understanding of computer system assembly
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands

Salary Range
