Production Supervisor

About the Role

The Production Supervisor oversees manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring timely and budget-compliant production. This role involves developing KPIs to measure team success, participating in hiring and training, creating daily production schedules, and conducting performance evaluations. The Supervisor maintains product quality, motivates employees, and establishes efficiency metrics while reviewing process flows, managing inventory control, and implementing policies to improve operations. They coordinate efforts among departments to optimize workflow and cost-effectiveness, ensure a safe working environment, communicate policies, monitor production metrics, and address issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication and manufacturing practices.
• Excellent communication, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational abilities and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Physical requirements: prolonged walking, sitting, computer work, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
