Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Grow your operations career at Real Alloy.
• Lead from the front and make an immediate impact.
• Guide others to meet production and quality needs in a safe manner.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for scrap, downtime, or other processes.
• Audit proper record keeping of shift activities.
• Create a team-friendly environment.
• Schedule production.
• Supervise a crew of 3-10 Furnace Operators/Assistants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, ethical, and challenge-driven.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Previous work experience in an industrial setting preferred.
