Key Job Accountabilities
- Drive production KPIs at their respective assigned area.
- Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development plan.
- Participate in cross‑functional team (CFT) meetings to work cohesively with other CFT members to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and quality.
- Typically responsible for more complex accounts or products.
- Exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
- Focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Compensation
Salary Range: $70,300.00 – $105,500.00 (based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and skill level).
