Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives at Nucor Warehouse Systems (NWS) Vernon.
• Guide the NWS Team in delivering world-class quality products to all customers.
• Develop and mentor team members to achieve performance metrics in production areas.
• Drive cultural change and continually improve processes through strong leadership and positive influence.
• Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Pallet rack manufacturing experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• D365 ERP experience.

Pay

$75,592.38 base salary plus weekly production bonus.
