Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Own the process of the 5-Why program for root cause problem solving
• Administer the WESTLAKE Safety program on the production shift level; including conducting safety training, shift meetings, inspections, reporting, incident investigation and follow up
• Complete accurate and timely reports and paperwork including documents generated during shift such as Data pass, SAP Production Reports, SPC Charts, and others
