Production Supervisor

Essential Functions

• Captures and coordinates employee assignments.
• Trains new employees.
• Collaborates with the Production Manager on schedules and production goals.
• Maintains strict quality standards and resolves personnel issues.
• Operates screen printing machines and understands job travelers.
• Manages screen setup and software, examines products for quality, and makes necessary adjustments.
• Fulfills safety and work rule compliance.
• Maintains housekeeping standards and assists in other finishing operations as needed.
• Produces consistent quality graphics.

Physical Demands

• Occasional walking, feeling, stooping, and kneeling.
• Frequently changing positions, reaching, reaching across midline, and constant standing.
• Occasional arm/hand, leg/foot, and simple grasping.
• Occasional lifting/lowering up to 50 lbs, two person lift.
• Occasional carrying up to 50 lbs, two person lift.
• Occasional pushing/pulling force exerted up to 62 lbs, two person push/pull.
• Standing for an entire shift.
• Repetitive motions.

Expected Hours of Work

Full-time; Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day. Additional hours may be required to meet customer deadlines.
