We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The first paragraph about company description? The posting starts with description of company: "Knorr Brake Company is the innovative leader...". That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description. The summary/objectives: "The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading production work cell team(s) as follows: ..." That's about the role. So we can put that in

About the role

with a

containing the summary/objectives. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" and "Additional Essential Functions" sections list many duties. Could be responsibilities. We'll list them as

  • . - Requirements: The posting includes "Preferred Education: Associate degree", "Required Experience: Minimum 1 Years Relevant Experience". Also "Competencies: Technical Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written skills, MRP System (e.g. SAP) Good Product knowledge" etc. Also "Competencies: Core IT: MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail (e.g. MS Office). Leadership experience...". Also "Physical Demands", "Work Environment". Those could be requirements/qualifications. We'll separate maybe "Requirements" for education/experience, "Qualifications" for competencies/skills, "Skills" for technical skills? But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only if content present. Let's extract: About the role: Summary/Objectives paragraph. Responsibilities: Essential Functions and Additional Essential Functions (list of duties). We'll combine. Requirements: Preferred Education, Required Experience, Work Environment, Physical Demands? Might be better as Requirements. Qualifications: Competencies (Technical, Core IT, Leadership experience, etc.) maybe. Skills: Could be overlapping with qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we treat "Competencies" as Skills. But we need both Qualifications and Skills sections if distinct. Let's see: The posting has "Competencies: Technical Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written skills, MRP System (e.g. SAP) Good Product knowledge Competencies: Core IT: MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail (e.g. MS Office). Leadership experience. Ability to lead teams to deliver on time to quality standards. High level of energy to work closely with peers and support team. Flexibility to manage changing schedules. Teamwork, and team building to maintain strong morale within assigned teams. Effective communication skills. Continuous Improvement experience to manage Work Cell(s) layout/product flow." That's a mix of skills and competencies. We could put "Qualifications" for education/experience, and "Skills" for the competencies list. But we also have "Preferred Education: Associate degree" and "Required Experience: Minimum 1 Years Relevant Experience". That's qualifications. Thus: - Requirements: maybe not needed; we could put Education/Experience under Qualifications. But the instruction says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if content. We'll decide: Use "Requirements" for education and experience. Use "Qualifications" for competencies/skills? But then Skills section maybe redundant. Better: Use "Requirements" for education/experience, "Qualifications" for competencies (technical, core IT, leadership), "Skills" maybe not needed if we already covered. But we need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one? However we must follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. We can decide to have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (competencies/skills), Benefits, Pay. Schedule not mentioned (no schedule specifics). So omit Schedule. Benefits: The posting lists benefits: group healthcare plans (medical, dental, vision, basic life and disability), 401k, 120 hours vacation, 40 hours Personal Paid Absence, 12 paid holidays + 1 floating, 6 weeks paid parental leave, ability to purchase company stock, annual bonuses up to 5% of salary. Also mention of federal paid sick leave etc. We'll include that. Pay: The anticipated salary range: $75,900-$113,900 per year. Also note about factors. We'll include that. Now we need to strip boilerplate: EEO statement, "Knorr Brake Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer..." etc. Also "Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis." (application instructions) remove. Also "Safety Sensitive Position: No" maybe keep? It's a detail but not boilerplate; could be part of Requirements? Might be minor metadata; we could drop or include in a short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include Safety Sensitive Position in a short p under Requirements maybe. Also "Additional Eligibility Qualifications: This position is expected to participate in all required training courses..." that's a requirement; we can include under Requirements. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
