Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manages processes to ensure that the product is manufactured in accordance with the documented customer requirements and work instructions
  • Coordinates all production activities with Hamilton Ops, Hwy 20 Ops, Project Management and Cell Managers
  • Provides training and assistance to cell leads on handling risk management, employee issues, work order issues, CDIs, or other problems or concerns as they arise
  • Utilizes QCBD, SAP and Kronos (to monitor attendance; fix clock-ins, etc.)
  • Works towards continuous improvement by building the technical skills of the team and constantly improving quality and efficiency
  • Implements standard operational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with JI standards, Safety, 5S, HazMat, AS9100 and NADCAP Standards and Practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 4 years in production and personnel management
  • Able to multitask
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Able to learn project management software within 3 months
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical or College degree preferred

DETAILED WAGE INFORMATION

The wage range for this role is between $24 - $48 an hour plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay.
