Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, company policies, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide direct supervision to manufacturing associates in one or more value streams or departments to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People performance goals.
  • Coordinate alignment of resources and equipment efficiently to meet production goals through strong cross-functional leadership.
  • Lead manufacturing excellence based on the Integer Production System (IPS), focusing on enterprise alignment, sustained change, standardization, associate engagement, and systems optimization.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to associates; promote diversity, open communication, and trust.
  • Mentor associates and develop their skills to meet future needs.
  • Embed a culture of quality by ensuring adherence to QMS, facilitating corrective and preventive actions, and contributing to quality KPIs.
  • Manage by Gemba walks, observations, and active listening to improve processes.
  • Execute production plans using lean manufacturing principles to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Audit processes and products (5S, Safety, Quality, Production) to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Communicate between shifts and departments to implement best practices and resolve problems.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Performance Metrics

  • Safety: Supports environmental, health, safety, and security as the top priority.
  • Quality: Ensures products meet the highest quality standards through QMS adherence and quality KPIs.
  • Cost: Drives efficiency and lean initiatives to optimize resource utilization.
  • Delivery: Coordinates production to meet schedules and deliver products on time.
  • People: Promotes engagement and handles associate relations issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline or a combination of education (High School diploma, Associate’s Degree) and 5 years of experience leading people and teams.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment with proven experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership and team-oriented mindset with a preference for collaboration.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute plans effectively.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
    • Bias for action and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Salary Range: $83,325.00 - $122,210.00

Includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting a pay-for-performance philosophy.
